SHIPPING OPTIONS

TechPalooza Corporation offers ground shipment, second day, overnight standard, overnight priority, and Saturday delivery inside the continental United States.  Total shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method, cost of the item(s), and total weight of all the items on your order.  The shipping charges are not refundable.  Due to shipper restrictions we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes or APO, FPO, PSC addresses. 

- All shipments are subject to stock availability.  
- 98% of all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.  Please allow up to five (5) business days from credit approval for delivery on all ground shipping orders unless your order is a direct ship or on backorder. 
- TechPalooza Corporation reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers. 
- All packages may require signature and it is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to accept delivery. 
- If any part of your order has shipped, there will be no refund of shipping charges.  


SALES TAX

TechPalooza Corporation shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida, Massachusetts, and California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.  If you live in a county that has a district tax, you the purchaser are responsible for reporting the district use tax applicable in your county.

 

PRICING

Due to the rapid and constant price changes in this industry, we are unable to "price match" and we cannot make a price adjustment after an order has shipped.  Our costs simply change on a daily basis. 

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express that are issued in the United States.  For credit verification purposes, credit cards issued outside of the United States will not be accepted at this time.  There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with TechPalooza Corporation.  Please be sure to provide the correct and exact billing address along with the correct billing telephone number.  If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address, please notify your credit card company of the alternate shipping address so that we may verify its validity.  Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.  Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. 


ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell.  Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  TechPalooza Corporation reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order.  All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department.  We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE

You agree that any legal action brought against TechPalooza Corporation or its parent company shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles.  You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the TechPalooza Corporation sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Florida.


RETURN POLICY

Defective products can be returned for replacement or credit at TechPalooza Corporation's discretion within thirty (30) days from the ship date.  After thirty (30) days only the manufacturer warranty applies and all claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.  All returns must be in the original box with all packing materials, cables, manuals, accessories, and UPC code on the box intact.  TechPalooza Corporation reserves the right to reject any packages that do not meet any of the above criteria and/or impose 15% handling fee.  Sony and IBM require defective products to be returned to them directly, thus we are unable to accept any returns from those manufacturers.  Laser Printers, OEM, white box, CPU, memory products, consumables, open box software, and battery products are non-returnable even in case of defect.  Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice, please consult with the manufactures website for up to date information.  If your order arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery.  If you accept the package, make sure carrier's delivery record is noted regarding the damage, in order for TechPalooza Corporation to file a damage claim.  Save the merchandise, the original box, and the packaging it arrived in, notify TechPalooza Corporation within 24 hours to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. 

RA Number For all returns, you MUST obtain an RA number from TechPalooza Corporation in order to receive a refund or replacement.  We will not issue credits or replacements for unauthorized returns.  You may request RA number by emailing returns@techpalooza.com.  An RA number in addition to return instructions will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days.  The RA number is necessary to coordinate returns with our warehouse and accounting department.  Please use a label; DO NOT WRITE OR MARK THE BOX ITSELF.  All returned products must be in 100% complete condition.  Products must be returned with original packaging that has not been written on or defaced.  Manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer must be included. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. 

SHIPPING RETURNS Freight must be prepaid and insured to our returns warehouse.  The customer is responsible for shipping returns to our warehouse and all the shipping costs.  We ask that shipments to our returns warehouse be sent via UPS, FedEx or other traceable method so that you may receive a tracking number to be sure that the shipment does arrive to its destination.


RETURN OPTIONS

STANDARD REPLACEMENT - TechPalooza Corporation will ship a replacement upon receipt of the defective product.  Note: Standard Replacement may take (3) three - (5) five weeks turn around time.

EXPRESS REPLACEMENT (Cross Ship) - TechPalooza Corporation will ship a replacement and charge it to your credit card.  Once the defective product is received back to our warehouse, we will issue a full credit within two (2) to four (4) weeks of receipt. 

Please be advised that returning the defective product(s) back to our return’s warehouse will be your responsibility.  This is a cost that is not refunded by the manufacturer.  We do however refund you on the original shipping that we charged you to ship out the product(s). 

STANDARD REFUND - Product must be in the original box with all packing materials, cables, manuals and accessories intact.  A 15% restocking fee may apply to the amount of the item returned.  Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.  Keep all packing material and documentation intact in case your product must be returned.  Software products may not be returned if they are open or the product's seal has been broken.  * Please note that some manufacturer's products may be returned only for replacement.  If you have a question about how the Return Policy applies to a particular product, you may e-mail us at: returns@techpalooza.com.  TechPalooza Corporation will not be liable if you order the wrong product.  We have provided information (product description, image, and specification) obtained by TECHPALOOZA CORPORATION from manufacturers and others that industry sources believe are reliable.  TECHPALOOZA CORPORATION makes no representations or warranties with respect to the performance of the products and the accuracy of the information, and any and all warranties, whether oral or written, express or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by TECHPALOOZA CORPORATION, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and liability arising from errors and/or omissions in the information.  It is your sole responsibility to evaluate the accuracy of, completeness, and usefulness of the information.  Please check the manufacturer's websites for compatibility and technical information before making a purchasing decision.
