Submit a product Review

Share your opinion about products you have purchased. By taking a few moments to rate and review products, you can help other customers find the products that are best for them.

By submitting a review, you agree that TechPalooza may include your review in its Product Information Pages and publicly post your comments. Reviews typically appear two to four days after submission. You may submit only one review per product.

TechPalooza reserves the right to refuse or remove any review that does not comply with these Guidelines or the Terms and Conditions of Use. TechPalooza is not responsible or liable in any way for ratings and reviews posted by its users.

Please note that by submitting a review you agree that your use of product reviews and ratings are governed by the Product Review Guidelines and the Terms and Conditions of Use, the latter prevailing over the former in the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising.

Guidelines for writing a review

• Be truthful and objective. Tell us how you really feel. Useful reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked a product, but also why. Be detailed and specific:
  • Did the product meet your expectations?

  • What features of the product do you like or dislike?

  • Would you recommend the product to others?

• Stay focused on the product. Keep your comments focused on the product.

• Try to keep it short. The recommended length for a good review is 200 to 500 words.

Please:

• Do not create problems for others. Don't abuse the service. Reviews should not harass, abuse, or threaten another's personal safety or property, make false statements, defame, impersonate someone else, contain profanity, sexually explicit, illegal or otherwise objectionable content, as determined by Technology Paradise Corporation in its sole discretion.

• Do not post any personal information. Never assume that you are completely anonymous and cannot be identified by your posts. Reviews should not include personal information, such as email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers or credit card numbers belonging to you or others.

• Do not post multiple or commercial reviews. Reviews should not include multiple posts by the same user or posts that have spam, commercial or advertising content or links.

• Do not copy or otherwise infringe upon others' material, trademarks or other intellectual property. Reviews should include your own, original thoughts. We want to hear from you!

• Do not upload HTML, viruses, or other malicious code. Reviews are for text only comments.

• Reviews are for customers only. Product Reviews are for customers to help other customers in the community. Manufacturers or merchants are not allowed to post reviews or any promotional or advertising information in the Product Reviews. If you have a complaint about a rating or review, go to specific offending review and click on report abuse link and complete form provided.

  Product Ratings and Reviews

  TechPalooza's Product Ratings and Reviews feature enables TechPalooza's customers to help each other make informed buying decisions.

  Palm Tree Ratings

  Every product on our site has a Pam Tree Rating (between 1-5 Palm Trees) - the higher the rating, the higher the quality of the product as perceived by our customers. The Pam Tree Rating displayed next to a product is the average of all ratings for that particular product.

  To rate a product, you'll also need to write a product review. Read below for the submission guidelines.

  Product Review Guidelines

  TechPalooza reads all reviews before posting them and reserves the right to deny any review.
  
  Here are some of the things that can cause a review to be denied:

  · Offensive or abusive language.

  · Prices and availability can change very quickly on the TechPalooza website, so please leave such information out of your review.

  · Hyperlinks / URLs.

  · References to other stores / resellers.

  · Comments on products that was either physically damaged or misused.

  · Replies to existing customer reviews; please do not attempt to initiate discussions here.

  · Comparisons to competing brands / products of competing brands.

  · Criticism of Technology Paradise Corporation's service or the service of our operations partners. (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  · References to aftermarket procedures or installation techniques not mentioned specifically in the original product documentation (over clocking, hacked drivers, tweaking/modding, etc.)

  · Content which might be considered blasphemous.

  Important Disclosures

  TechPalooza is not obligated, but reserves the right to reject or remove objectionable content at its sole discretion. If approved, your review will appear in its entirety. We will not edit out any content, although we will strike out any references to the following:

  · Website addresses

  · Phone numbers

  · Personal or business addresses

  · Email addresses

  If you do submit ratings and/or reviews, you grant TechPalooza a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable, right to use, reproduce and modify, as we deem necessary, such content on the TechPalooza website and in other marketing materials.

  
  You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post, that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechPalooza and its directors, officers and employees from any resulting liability. TechPalooza takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
