How do I log in?

1. Click the Login link at the top of the page.

2. On the Existing Customers side of the Login page, enter your username.
Note: Your log-in name (also called your "username" on the site) is the e-mail address associated with you when the account was created. If your e-mail address changes, it's a good idea to change your log-in name to match your new e-mail address.

3. Enter your password.

4. Check the box next to "Remember my login name" to have your username automatically filled the next time you log in from the same computer.

5. Click Login.

What if I forget my password?

1. On the Existing Customers side of the Login page, click the Forgot Password? link.

2. You have two options for retrieving your password:

o Retrieve Password: Enter the answer to the hint category question you specified when you created your account, then click Continue.

o E-mail Password: If you do not remember your hint question and answer, enter your e-mail address and click E-mail Password. We will send your password to your e-mail address.

Note: If you unsuccessfully attempt to log into the site five times in succession, you will be denied access to the account for 20 minutes.

How do I change my password?

1. Click the "My Account" link in the navigation bar.

2. In the "Manage Your Account" section, click Update Login Info.

3. You can change and confirm your password on the Login Account Information page. You can also change your hint question and answer.

4. When you're done, click "Submit" at the bottom of the page for the changes to take effect.

How do I log out?

Log out by clicking Log Out at the top of the page. At this point you are logged out; to buy or do business online, you must log in again.
