First Class!
This was my first order through Tech Palooza and have to say that they are a first class operation. "I" made a mistake on my original order and emailed them right away to cancel. They caught it right away and stopped shipment and I was also given a credit on my account right away too!!! I then ordered the correct product which I received in a couple of days via FedEx (free shipping too!!). All my communications were answered almost immediately and were thorough and professional...plus their prices are unbeatable with free shipping, it's a win, win!! Without hesitation, I will order from Tech Palooza again and give my highest recommendation *****!! P.S. My banking statement said "Technology Paradise" which was their former name.
